Brian Heineberg & Associates is primarily involved in running projects in the commercial field. Regularly involved in estimates, feasibilities and project advice on a broad range of projects. Consulted professionally for numerous overseas projects.

Actively involved in the role of “dynamic, pro-active Financial Advisor”.  The major thrust of this is ensuring the Client is given the opportunity of making decisions before the work is put in hand (as opposed to historical reporting) through frequent and accurate cost reporting and pro-active control of other consultants.Consulted professionally on the building contract. Have a separate specialized procurement consulting division.
